Trade Stands and Craft Fair

All Trade Stands, Catering Trade Stands and the Craft Marquee at Saintfield Show are situated in the main Show Field alongside the Home Industries and Poultry marquees and also the Cattle, Sheep, Agricultural Horse, Miniature Horse and Donkey exhibits. Please see below for further details, application forms and terms and conditions. 

Trade Stands

Taking a Trade Stand requires you to provide your own stand and cover from the weather. Please note that electricity and water are not provided.

The deadline for Trade Stand applications for 2012 is to be confirmed. Payment must be made in full by this date. Evidence of cover of Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance and adherence to relevant health and safety regulations and legislation must accompany any application.

Trade Stands applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis up to a quota by type of product/service.  This is to ensure we do not have too many of one type of trade stand on the day.

Catering Trade Stands

Catering arrangements for 2012 are to be confirmed.

The sale of ice cream is strictly confined to the official ice cream provider for the Show.

 


Craft Fair

Craft Fair at Saintfield ShowAll craft traders will be situated within the Craft Marquee. A 6ft x 3ft table plus two chairs will be provided. Please note that electricity and water is not provided and generators are not permitted within the marquee.
